NDIS Nursing Services

Experienced NDIS Registered Nurses

Here at St Jude’s, we have a dedicated team of both clinical and NDIS registered nurses, who are available to provide care and support to clients in the comfort of their own home. Our nurses can administer wound care, give continence assessments and provide medical administration for clients, among various other NDIS nursing services. We are proud to offer experienced support services for people with disability or complicated health needs.

At-home nursing care can make a significant difference for someone with disability, as they will have a qualified professional to assist them with the daily tasks many people take for granted. With this extra help, they will be more able to participate in the community and contribute their skills to society.

We always aim to provide the best service for our clients, so our team offers mobile services and flexible appointment times. This means our nurses are available for immediate assistance, without any waitlists – and we do not require a minimum amount of NDIS funding to see new clients.
