Our experience in service delivery is reflected through 39 years of providing quality services and maintaining the highest of standards for our clients. About the RoleThe role of the Community Services Coordinator is to ensure that we are delivering optimal, client-focused services that are satisfying the needs of our clients. The role involves regular contact with clients as well as their families and other stakeholders, seeking to build meaningful, lasting relationships. You will take responsibility for staffing levels and manage the performance of support workers. You will have the accountability for utilising provided funds and for meeting budgetary requirements. The ultimate performance indicator is the satisfaction of your clients.Key focuses for the role include:Scheduling and organising the services which will be delivered to your clientsConfirming that support plans are being followed and that progress notes of a high quality are being keptEnsuring that our services are compliant, in line with standards and that we are effectively managing risksThis role will be hired on a permanent full time basis and will be based at our Rockingham office.  Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing quality services across person-centered or community programs. This will ideally include experience managing participants who have complex mental health issues or concerning behaviours. You will have an understanding of the NDIS funding model and associated reporting requirements and utilise this to solve problems and work with stakeholders to resolve complaints. We are looking for proactive self-starters who will lead performance appraisals, set KPI’s, chair meetings and identify areas for growth and development as part of a continuous improvement plan.  Key requirements for the role include:Relevant qualifications/certifications or significant experience within the NDIS frameworkExcellent documentation and reporting skillsStrong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholdersMust possess or be willing to obtain an NDIS screening clearance, a WWCC, a national police clearance (within 12 months), a WA drivers licence and a reliable vehicle   Culture & BenefitsYou will be guided and supported by your manager and work closely with your fellow coordinators.
