This can include a variety of leisure activities such as sports, swimming, dancing, cooking, craft, gaming. You'll be supporting someone reach their goals. What could be more rewarding?The successful candidate will be responsible for:Providing individual support to people with disability and/or psycho-social needs within a community based settingAssist with social outings, shopping and appointments as well as liaising with client familiesTransportation needsAssist individuals who demonstrate challenging behaviours to achieve their goalsPromote and role model positive behaviours, learning experiences and skills development for clientsKey RequirementsEssential requirements:Must be available at least two full days per weekNational Police Clearance (within 12 months)Candidates will need to apply for an NDIS Worker Screening Check on appointmentProof of working rights - passport; birth certificate; visaValid West Australian driver’s licenceA reliable vehicleWorking With Children Check - W.A.
