Our experience in service delivery is reflected through 39 years of providing quality services and maintaining the highest of standards for our clients. About the RolesThis role works with clients within the NDIS framework, assisting them to achieve their goals and maximise their independence within the community. We provide support to people with a variety of disabilities in our housing and accommodation settings.The positions we have available are located in Duncraig, Balga & Joondalup Working the following shifts:7:00am - 4:00pm (Day shifts)3:45pm - 7:15am (Sleep shifts)Key focuses for the role include:Providing individual support to people with a disability and/or psychosocial needs to achieve their goals, enabling them to undertake all aspects of daily living including personal hygiene tasks, showering, toileting & dressing and Medication administration.Light domestic duties and assistance with meal preparation.Assisting with social outings and appointments as well as liaising with the family of the client.Promoting and role modelling positive behaviours, learning experiences and skills development for clients. Skills & ExperienceThe ideal candidates will be passionate, enthusiastic and committed Support Workers who enjoy what they do - supporting people to live the life they choose.
