St Jude's is a well established and trusted leader in providing NDIS allied health supports in WA. We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who is ready to take on the challenge of supporting our expansion into QLD. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, providing OT assessments and interventions, corresponding with families and stakeholders and writing reports and AT applications. There is significant opportunity for career progression and advancement attached to the role and the organisation as the team in QLD grows. You will be backed by an experienced and supportive multidisciplinary team in WA as well as our local St Jude's team in Loganholme.The key duties for our Occupational Therapists include:Applying a specialist level of understanding of the effects and impact of all aspects of a disability on a client’s occupations and roles.Implement and monitor individual plans to enable clients to perform the occupations that foster health and well-being in their everyday life.Working with families and stakeholders to share goals and provide practical advice.Maintaining accurate, timely and appropriate records of progress notes, reports and other relevant documentation.We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with previous experience working within the NDIS framework to work with us throughout the South Metro region of Brisbane. The role has the capacity to be hired on a permanent, full time basis, although we are in a position to consider part time or flexible working arrangements.
