Our significant experience in service delivery is reflected through 39 years of providing quality services and maintaining the highest of standards for our clients. About the RoleThe role of the Recruitment Consultant is to connect as many suitable job seekers as possible to the recruitment processes being run by our function. The role will work for our community business unit, taking responsibility for managing the entire front-end of the recruitment process. This role will identify, screen and shortlist candidates, run assessment processes and then make recommendations for hire before handing off the administration work so that they can get straight back to identifying people.Key duties include:Monitoring applications, screening and shortlisting candidatesLiaising with key stakeholders and providing consistent reporting and updatesConducting interviews and hosting group assessment days with the teamCoordinating recruitment activity for stakeholders based outside of the Perth metro regionThis role is located at our central office in Kewdale. The role is being hired on a permanent full time basis.  Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a high volume recruitment role, desirably within a health care, aged care or disability organisation. However, previous experience is not a prerequisite and as long as you are proactive, energetic and positive, you can still enjoy success in the role. You will be familiar and comfortable communicating with people from all walks of life and be prepared to treat your candidates like they are gold dust. You will be a passionate self-starter who has the ability to drive and motivate yourself and who enjoys achieving the targets that are set for you in your work.
