Our significant experience in service delivery is reflected through 39 years of providing quality services and maintaining the highest of standards for our clients. About the RoleThe role of Scheduler is to be responsible for the coordination of staff, vehicles and delivery of support to clients through effective rostering within our scheduling system (MYP). The role keeps ideal service delivery in mind at all times, looking to ensure that our clients are taken care of as effectively as possible. The role is accountable for building regular staff rosters and for putting out day-to-day spot fires caused by unplanned absences or cancellations. The role works closely with both our staff and our clients, maintaining a customer service approach and seeking to keep all involved as well-informed as possible.Key focuses for the role include:Ensuring rosters are regularly reviewed to meet key service indicators.Minimising travel time to increase the optimisation of direct client time.Attending to day-to-day rescheduling and covering of unplanned absences.Ensuring the appropriate compatibility of staff with clients. This role is located at our office in Rockingham. This role is being hired on a permanent full time basis and works from 8-4, Monday-Friday.   Skills & Experience Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for details and gets a thrill out of problem solving within their work. They will have excellent  time management, planning and organisational abilities. They will also be a proficient communicator who enjoys developing working relationships with their key stakeholders.
