You will work with people within the NDIS framework and support clients to reach their goals and pursue their dreams. No one day will be the same. You will be led by a supportive management team and work closely with a team of like-minded individuals who share common goals.  We are looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist to work with us throughout the South Metro region of Perth. This role has the capacity to be hired on a full time basis but we will consider hiring on a part time basis if this is your preference.  The key duties include:Assisting the Therapy Services team to develop and support new initiatives.Providing an understanding of the tenets of the NDIS and articulating them to support other stakeholders throughout the organisation.Supervising and assisting graduate or junior Occupational Therapists. Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will pride themselves on their ability to build and deliver person-centered care that values the choice of the client. They will have the people skills to build and maintain meaningful, lasting relationships with their clients.
