Key Word Sign Workshops

Learn the basics of Key Word Sign and different methods of communication. These workshops are great for families, carers, education providers and support workers.

Key Word Sign is the use of manual signs and natural gestures to support communication. It can be used with both children and adults, and can benefit communicators who have difficulties with attention, comprehension and/or developing speech.

You can expect to learn:
– An interactive sign vocabulary
– How to use Key Word Sign and use other communication supports
– Strategies for identifying and teaching vocabulary

The cost is $235 per person (1.5hr NDIS Funding). Clients who have a NDIS Plan have the option of using their funding to attend this session.

This workshop is held throughout the year, available dates are listed below.

If you cancel within 24 hours your payment will be forfeited NDIS clients as per NDIS Rules on cancellation.
