Our carefully designed flexible service model supports both independent and shared living options for NDIS-funded participants.
At St Jude’s, we recognise that it may be possible to adjust your current living arrangements to give you a greater degree of self-sufficiency. We work closely with you and your family to source a living arrangement which allows you to achieve greater independence and that, most importantly, feels like home.
We offer accommodation support with the key purpose of providing you with a genuine sense of place, a strong connection with your community, an increased sense of belonging and enjoyment of a safe and supportive lifestyle that’s driven by your choices.
We currently offer more than 50 welcoming, thoughtfully designed and aesthetically pleasing homes located across Perth and WA’s south west region. Our rapidly growing portfolio caters to your preferences, ensuring you have choice around where you live, how you live and who you live with.
To ensure we can provide you with the best outcomes and choices pertaining to your living arrangements, we are continually expanding our accommodation portfolio, to source options which best align with your needs and desired lifestyle. We want to empower you to be able to exercise choice when it comes to where you live, who you live with and of course, how you live.
All St Jude’s accommodation options are professionally managed, with your safety, privacy and comfort of utmost priority.
In addition to providing accommodation services, you will have access to the full breadth of St Jude’s services, to assist you with your daily living activities and achieve your personal goals. Some of our services include but are not limited to community participation, therapy and support coordination.
Before selecting a home for a potential NDIS participant, we assess your unique strengths, support needs and compatibility with other NDIS participants. This is to ensure we can provide the best possible solution and living arrangement that best suits your needs and preferences.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Our range of SIL options are ideal if you’re looking to live in a shared environment, with support or supervision for daily tasks. Our SIL accommodation has between 2-5 people sharing and 1-2 support staff onsite 24/7, depending on the needs of the residents.
We provide the all support you need, including meals, personal care, medication and access to appointments, paired with the freedom of independent living. With SIL, you can enjoy access to a range of activities, welcome visitors and keep loving pets. You can even choose between smoking and non-smoking facilities.
Independent Living Options (ILO)
Our ILO model offers you an alternative, more independent living arrangement with informal support that focuses on your individual needs and preferences. ILO gives you the option of living alone or with someone such as a partner, friend, family member, support worker or host family.
Drop-in Support provides you with more flexibility and a greater degree of independence. Our Dropin Support is the perfect solution when you don’t require 24/7 staff support in your home, but like to know there’s support close at hand, right next door.
We offer individual accommodation in multiple dwelling (villas or units) in a well laid-out complex with a support person next door to call on when you need help at any time of day or night. This is a flexible and personal servicewhich can be delivered quickly across a variety of accommodation options.
Drop-in Support is unique to St Jude’s and there is no wait list. And, because it comes under Core Funding, it doesn’t require an NDIS SIL quote for approval, so it can be accessed easily and promptly.
