Announcement of Aged Care Acquisition
We are pleased to announce that St Jude’s Health Care Services has acquired three Aged Care facilities in Perth – Carinya of Bicton, Carinya on Bristol and Midland Nursing Home.
The facilities have been under the ownership and management of the Basire family for over half a century. St Jude’s would like to acknowledge Peter Basire and his family for their dedication and commitment to the Aged Care sector over the past 57 years. We recognise the exceptional employees at these facilities and their continued support during this transition.
This acquisition aligns with our strategic direction to create sustainable residential care, catering to the well-being and enjoyment of care recipients and their families.
