Rewarding Staff Excellence – St Jude’s Awards Night 2023
On December 8th we recognised our outstanding staff at our 2023 Awards Night. Held at Optus Stadium with a Great Gatsby theme, team members from across our organisation came together for a night of special celebrations.
Our Awards Night stands as a testament to the exceptional efforts of our staff, where we honor those who have gone above and beyond in their roles, embodied the values of St Jude’s, and left an indelible positive impact on the lives of our clients.
In 2023, we received over 500 nominations from our staff across the organization, each an acknowledgment of the tireless dedication exhibited by our team members. From this extensive list, a group of 12 exceptional performers were selected for awards in each category.
For the award winners, it was an opportunity to be recognised in front of their colleagues on stage at Optus Stadium. The awards were proudly presented by our Managing Director Binu Joseph, Operations Manager – Disability Accommodation & Community Services Amelia Hazelwood, and Aged Care Facility Manager Antonio Vento.
