St Jude’s team of NDIS registered physiotherapists work with you to improve your physical movement and wellbeing, through assessing and addressing challenges that may exist when it comes to your movement and mobility. 

Our team takes the time to understand you and the activities you currently or would like to perform on a daily basis in order to construct meaningful therapy plans with outcomes that align with your personal interests and goals. Our physiotherapy team is experienced in employing a variety of strategies including physical exercises to improve strength, posture and balance, education and the use of assistive equipment technology.

Our NDIS registered physiotherapists are specialists in the prevention and treatment of physical conditions and are available to perform full functional assessments and implement strategies and recommendations to assist you undertake desired activities with greater ease and independence. We have extensive experience working with both children and adults in a variety of different settings including home, school, work, the community or in a clinic.

To provide a flexible service, we have recently expanded our team of Physiotherapists, allowing for immediate appointment ability. We also offer mobile services in all suburbs of Perth and WA’s South West including after hours and weekends and do not require a minimum NDIS funding amount.

Funding

As St Jude’s is a registered NDIS provider, our services are available to those with NDIS funded plans.
