Support workers are tasked with providing person-centered care aimed at maintaining the independence and happiness of their clients. This may involve undertaking duties such as assistance with daily living tasks or personal care needs, medication administration or the preparation and serving of meals. It may also include reporting back to coordinators on the progress of care and client satisfaction with services. The role is also responsible for transporting clients and domestic tasks such as house cleaning.  We are looking for several candidates who are happy to work within the South Metro region of Perth. Skills and ExperienceOur ideal candidates will have previous experience working within community care, either within disability or aged care. We are looking for naturally caring, empathetic people who take joy from playing a crucial role in the care and assistance of their clients. Our ideal home care staff are committed to their careers, confident in working by themselves and passionate about enhancing the lives and independence of the clients they work with. They also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
